These terms govern your use of ChatPilot. By signing up, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Don't share them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use ChatPilot for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to violate Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime on standard plans and 99.99% on Enterprise. See our SLA addendum for details.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Standard exclusions apply. See full terms for specifics.
